Reporting to the Head of People in the UK, you’ll be acting as the key HR contact for senior leadership, managers and employees, for your dedicated client group. Understanding the business, the people challenges and opportunities will be key to your success in this role as it will enable you to provide pragmatic solutions to meet business goals and needs. You’ll be working closely with managers to pre-empt operational requirements and proactively develop solutions for their various challenges.
As an HR People Partner, you’ll be working across a variety of different projects and no two days will be the same. In one morning, you could be supporting managers on ER issues, preparing reports for leadership meetings or developing clear strategies in supporting our global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion ambitions.
