Interim HR Business Partner – NHS

Location: London / South East (Hybrid)

Rate: £300–£330 per day (Inside IR35)

Duration: 3–6 months

Are you an experienced HR Business Partner with a solid background in employee relations and organisational change? We’re supporting a number of NHS organisations looking for an interim HRBP to provide both BAU support and strategic input into ongoing transformation activity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted HR partner to senior managers across the organisation
  • Lead on complex employee relations casework, ensuring timely and fair outcomes
  • Support and guide workforce change processes including restructures and consultations
  • Contribute to workforce planning and staff engagement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with NHS policies and employment law

What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong HRBP experience in the NHS or wider public sector
  • Proven ability to manage change programmes and TUPE/restructures
  • Expert knowledge of employee relations and best practice case management
  • Confident communicator, able to challenge and influence at all levels

 

You will need to be on site 2-3 days per week and available to start the role at short notice. These roles are considered inside IR35.
