Are you an experienced Town Planner looking to take the next step in your career?
Our client, a highly respected town planning consultancy with offices across the UK, is seeking a Senior Town Planner to join their thriving Cardiff team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a business that is known for its fantastic reputation in the planning sector, a supportive team culture, and a diverse range of projects spanning residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading on a range of planning projects from inception to completion

Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals

Providing expert planning advice to clients

Mentoring and supporting junior planners

Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams across the business
What We’re Looking For:

RTPI chartered (or working towards chartership)

Strong experience within town planning – ideally from a consultancy background

Excellent knowledge of the UK planning system

Strong communication and project management skills

A passion for delivering outstanding results for clients
