Key Responsibilities
You will lead a national team in delivering a comprehensive learning curriculum, ensuring quality training and development across CHS. Your remit includes overseeing learning needs analysis, designing and implementing blended and digital learning solutions, and evaluating impact to ensure strategic value while maintaining alignment with CHS's Digital Strategy. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver innovative learning interventions, manage budgets. As a senior leader, you’ll represent the organisation, foster effective partnerships, and champion learning as a driver of transformation and improved outcomes.

You are an experienced learning and development professional with a strong track record in leading modern, digitally enabled learning strategies. You bring expertise in e-learning platforms, blended learning, and data-driven evaluation methods. You’re a strategic thinker who can translate organisational goals into impactful learning solutions, and a confident communicator who can influence stakeholders and inspire teams. You thrive in dynamic environments, embrace change, and are committed to inclusivity and continuous improvement.
