Why apply for this role?

This is a unique opportunity to lead the transformation of learning across CHS, shaping the future of how we develop and empower our Tribunal Member and Panel Practice Advisor community. As Learning Transformation Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of implementing a refreshed five-year Learning and Development Strategy, driving digital innovation and embedding a culture of continuous learning. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that learning is inclusive, engaging, and aligned with our mission to uphold and protect children’s rights. If you're passionate about modernising learning, influencing strategic outcomes, and making a real impact, this role offers the platform to do just that.

Key Responsibilities

You will lead a national team in delivering a comprehensive learning curriculum, ensuring quality training and development across CHS. Your remit includes overseeing learning needs analysis, designing and implementing blended and digital learning solutions, and evaluating impact to ensure strategic value while maintaining alignment with CHS's Digital Strategy. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver innovative learning interventions, manage budgets. As a senior leader, you’ll represent the organisation, foster effective partnerships, and champion learning as a driver of transformation and improved outcomes.

About You

You are an experienced learning and development professional with a strong track record in leading modern, digitally enabled learning strategies. You bring expertise in e-learning platforms, blended learning, and data-driven evaluation methods. You’re a strategic thinker who can translate organisational goals into impactful learning solutions, and a confident communicator who can influence stakeholders and inspire teams. You thrive in dynamic environments, embrace change, and are committed to inclusivity and continuous improvement. With a collaborative mindset and a passion for empowering others, you’ll be a key force in shaping CHS’s learning culture.
