Job Title: Global Talent Acquisition Manager
Location: East of England/ Hybrid
£80,000 basic salary plus bonus & benefits

We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Global Talent Acquisition Manager to lead their global recruitment efforts and ensure they continue to attract top-tier talent from around the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the global talent acquisition strategy across multiple regions and functions. This is both an operational, hands on recruitment role, as well as providing strategic direction.
- Partner with senior leadership, HRBPs, and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and develop proactive sourcing strategies
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience and champion a direct sourcing model
- Utilise data and insights to drive decision-making, report on KPIs, and continuously improve TA processes
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of hiring
- Manage external partnerships (agencies, job boards, recruitment platforms) to ensure optimal ROI
- Champion employer branding efforts in key global markets
- Stay abreast of market trends and innovative hiring practices globally
Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on international and high-volume hiring. Expertise in direct sourcing and managing recruitment campaigns at a Senior level
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Deep understanding of global labour markets, talent pools, and hiring compliance
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics
- Strategic thinker with hands-on capabilities
- Experience working in a fast-paced, scaling, or matrixed organisation
