We are seeking a dedicated HR professional to coordinate and implement HR operations, working closely with our external HR partners. With over 150 staff members, the successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and maintaining robust internal HR practices, ensuring the company navigates its evolving environment efficiently and compliantly, with expert support from our external advisors.
Managing directly Human Resources Staff
- · Assist with scheduling and rota planning
- · Assist in recruitment processes, including organising interviews, daily agency requirements and the onboarding processes.
- · Organisation of the annual performance review process, participation and review of this process to ascertain ongoing training requirements for all staff.
- · Monitor all staff absence records, conduct back to work reviews, and arrange disciplinary meetings where appropriate
- · Introduce and mange staff recognition schemes making any recommendations to management
Other HR Duties
- · Ensure that HR processes are in line with company policies and legal regulation. Review all company polices and Handbooks ensuring they are up to date.
- · Introduce a digital HR Platform to the business. Manage all employee records and HR databases.
- · Facilitate Communication between management/department heads and employees
- · Assist management with corrective action for conflicts, grievances and accidents
- · Ensure employee compliance with company policies
- · Coordinate the onsite 5 S audit process with the H&S manager
c Candidate Requirments
- · Minium of 3 years’ experience of working within a HR Coordinator role
- · Strong HR processes and procedures experience along with experience of employee contracts
- · CIPD Level 3 Qualified
- · Strong team player with an efficient and proactive approach to their work
- · Strong communication skills including active listening, clear writing and conflict management
- · Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence and the ability use various communication channels
- · Proficiency in Human Resource Systems, Time management software and cybersecurity awareness
- Demonstrate strong ethical conduct, adaptability and strong leadership
