Fixed-term for 12 months
£39,862 - £44,075 per annum (depending on skills, qualifications and experience)
37 hours per week

We are looking for a driven and motivated Organisational Change Management Specialist to support and implement the people workstream within the council’s transformation programme. This role will support both the Business Transformation team and HR team to embed the model council-wide.
You will have proven previous experience in leading HR and people organisational change initiatives, project management skills, and experience of developing and implementing change programmes.

You are a good fit for this role if you:
- Have previous HR experience.
- Are able to analyse , understand and interpret a range of complex issues and present this to stakeholders as appropriate.
- Ability to solve problems and negotiate effective solutions.
- Have proven experience in leading and co-ordinating change initiatives, including the people aspects.
- Have knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices.
