Are you passionate about delivering high-quality HR support and driving best practice across a dynamic, multi-site organisation? Wandle Learning Trust is seeking an experienced HR professional to join our central team and play a key role in supporting our schools and services.
About the Role
As HR Adviser, you will:
- Support school/service based HR Leads with systems, processes, and compliance.
- Manage and oversee recruitment and onboarding, ensuring compliance with safeguarding and statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including payroll changes and the Single Central Record.
- Provide professional HR advice and guidance to school leaders and HR teams across the Trust.
- Contribute to policy development, project work, and implementation of the Trust’s HR strategy.
What We’re Looking For
- CIPD Level 3 (essential); Level 5 (desirable).
- Strong experience in HR administration and advisory work, ideally within education or a multi-site organisation.
- Excellent knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
- Skilled in HR systems and Microsoft Office, with exceptional attention to detail.
- A proactive, organised team player with outstanding communication skills and a commitment to safeguarding and equality.
