About the role
Join the Office of Human Resources during an exciting transformation! We're restructuring and aligning with new strategies, and we need an adaptable HR Strategic Business Partner who can navigate shifting priorities.
You'll work closely with assigned departments to understand their needs and deliver impactful, solution-focused HR support. You'll also lead a small advisory team, driving change and enhancing service consistency across the Isle of Man Government.
