We’re seeking an experienced People Business Partner to work closely with leaders, providing practical, people-focused advice that supports organisational objectives and a positive employee experience.
In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor across the full employee lifecycle, supporting leaders with workforce planning, recruitment, performance development, and employee relations matters. You’ll use workforce data and insights to inform decision-making, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to the development and delivery of people and culture initiatives aligned with organisational strategy.
You’ll play a key role in promoting wellbeing, engagement, inclusion, and positive workplace behaviours, while coaching leaders to confidently manage their teams. You’ll also support teams through change, ensuring people practices align with employment legislation, organisational policies, and best practice.
You’ll bring proven experience in a People Business Partner or HR advisory role, CIPD Level 5 qualification (minimum), and prior experience operating in a standalone HR capacity. You’ll have strong knowledge of employment legislation, experience supporting operational or frontline leaders in fast-paced environments, and the confidence to work across multiple teams and locations.
This is a hybrid position, based in our Bath office with travel around the Duchy Estate as required.
