With just over 1,100 employees across 5 executive departments, we offer the unique opportunity to work closely with leaders and shape meaningful organisational outcomes.

You’ll be part of a high-performing BP team, led by an experienced Senior HRBP, supporting:

  • Complex employee relations cases
  • Workforce planning and organisational design
  • Restructures and change programmes
  • Day-to-day HR partnering and manager support

Annual increments, where applicable, are usually payable on 1st April each year, subject to six months service in the post, until the maximum spinal column point of the level has been reached. The payment of annual increments is not automatic and is subject to satisfactory performance as assessed by your director.
