Interim EDI Consultant - 6-12 Months - London HybridCompetitive day rate inside scope of IR35
Working for a leading global technology brand.
As Interim EDI Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering the EDI strategy for the business as well as lead on and provide advice to the business on risk mitigation strategies for employee relations (ER) queries and cases related to ED&I, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while balancing business needs.With an operational focus to the role you will be responsible for proactively pulling together materials, presentations, briefings and reports as needed as well as conducting a review on the EDI offering and making recommendations for future actions and initiatives, policy and process via a clear conduct data review.
The successful candidate will have proven experience of working as an Interim EDI Consultant within a global matrix commercial business where you will have operated across EDI operations and stratgey. You will be able to demonstrate your experience in providing advice and guidance on ER queries related to ED&I and will be able to demonstrate how you influence and engage at a senior level. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and can work weekly from the London office. You will be able to commit to the 6-12 month duration, for the right person, this could become a longer term role.
