An excellent opportunity for an HR BP for a 3-6 month FTC to support the business whilst they recruit for the permanent role.

This is a standalone role - you will be working closely with the Leadership team and  reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, your responsibilities will include to develop and execute the HR strategy aligned with the company's strategic plan, focusing on talent management, succession planning, organisational change management, performance management, training and development, and compensation.

You will be an HR Generalist with broad experience of all aspects of the employee life cycle including outsourced payroll, gained across sectors including manufacturing and/or supply chain. In addition, you will have gained a professional HR qualification (or equivalent) or have the relevant experience required for the role to support and guide the Leadership team as the SME, whilst being able to build relationships across all levels of the business including the shop floor.
