HR Business Partner – £50-55k plus benefits – on site – central Gloucester
This is an excellent opportunity to make your mark as the standalone HR Business Partner working alongside the other members of the Leadership team.
Whilst employee numbers are relatively small (c100), this sole UK manufacturing site plays a strategic role as part of the European business and has benefitted from significant capital investment.
Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, your responsibilities include to develop and execute the HR strategy aligned with the company's strategic plan, focusing on talent management, succession planning, organisational change management, performance management, training and development, and compensation.
You will be an HR Generalist with broad experience of all aspects of the employee life cycle including outsourced payroll, gained across sectors including manufacturing and/or supply chain.
In addition, you will have gained a professional HR qualification (or equivalent) or have the relevant experience required for the role to support and guide the Leadership team as the SME, whilst being able to build relationships across all levels of the business including the shop floor.
