Your new role

As a HR Coordinator, you will support the HR Shared Services Centre by coordinating a variety of tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:

* Issuing contracts and onboarding documentation for new starters
* Processing leavers and employee transfers
* Logging and monitoring sickness and absence
* Raising purchase orders using SAP
* Responding to reference requests
* Maintaining accurate electronic personnel records
* Supporting audits, HR Business Partners, and ad hoc projects such as TUPE and system implementations

What you'll need to succeed

* Experience working in a HR department
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
