Key Responsibilties
* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of HR projects across the organisation.
* Collaborate with senior leadership, HR teams, and academic departments to identify project needs and priorities.
* Drive change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder engagement.
* Monitor project timelines, budgets, and outcomes, reporting progress to key stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with employment law, safeguarding policies, and sector-specific standards.
* Analyse HR data to inform project decisions and measure impact.
About You
* Proven experience in HR project management, ideally within the education or public sector.
* Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and organisational development.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience.
* Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile) is desirable.
