We’re looking for a People Business Partner on a permanent basis to help foster an inclusive, values-led working environment and support the delivery of key change initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to influence how people experience work day-to-day, collaborating with leaders and colleagues to strengthen team practices, development opportunities, and employee support.

 You’ll work alongside managers to address people matters with confidence and care—covering everything from recruitment and job design to employee relations, workforce planning, and documentation. You'll play an active role in shaping learning and development conversations, helping ensure individuals and teams have access to relevant growth opportunities.

 This is a role that blends practical HR knowledge with thoughtful engagement. You’ll provide guidance on sensitive cases, contribute to the development of inclusive policies, and help embed a supportive, transparent culture across the organisation. You’ll also work closely with colleagues in finance, reward, and L&D to ensure people practices are consistent and joined-up.

 We’re looking for someone with experience in HR or people partnering, who can balance empathy with professionalism, and who’s confident building relationships, handling complex situations, and making everyday impact through considered action
