Join University of the Arts London as our People Projects Manager – drive forward HR projects at a leading creative higher education institution.

As a People Project Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our HR initiatives, driving the delivery of key modernisation and service improvement projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead improvements across our HR systems, policies, data, streamline processes and implement best-practice project management principles.

Your work will be pivotal in ensuring the People and Culture Department operates with efficiency, effectiveness, and a future-focused mindset. Your work will make a tangible impact on our organisation, shaping how we work and helping us build a more modern, people-centric culture.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across the People and Culture Department and the wider organisation to ensure our projects run smoothly, meet deadlines, and achieve our strategic goals.

About you

What we’re looking for – 

  • Proven experience in project management and methodologies within HR is essential.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • You will be able to lead and motivate a project team effectively, setting clear objectives to manage performance.

  • Up-to-date knowledge of people systems, and project management technology.
