You will be joining a UK-based accountancy firm, currently in a growth phase, recruiting across all business areas.

Your new role
You will be joining an HR team of 4, recruiting across all business areas.

You will be:

* First point of contact for candidates, liaising with stakeholders on current and upcoming vacancies.
* Overseeing end-to-end recruitment across the UK, predominantly London focused.
* Managing the ATS, providing timely responses to candidates and coordinating interviews.
* Utilising various sourcing methods to engage and connect with talent.
* Tracking and reporting on key metrics such as time-to-hire and retention/quality of hire.

What you'll need to succeed

* Previous experience recruiting within accountancy is essential.
* Proven knowledge of ATS.
* Proven experience delivering excellent candidate experience.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
* Proven strong time management skills.

What you'll get in return

A salary of between £35-40K DOE & Pack
