Your new role
As a Recruitment Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Liverpool, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of technology roles. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders across a complex matrix organisation, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process. Your responsibilities will include:

* Managing full-cycle recruitment for tech and digital roles
* Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and hiring managers
* Coordinating with external agencies and internal teams to meet hiring needs
* Ensuring a high-quality candidate experience in a fast-paced, global environment

What you'll need to succeed

* Structured and detail-orientated
* Ability to build relationships
* Basic knowledge of HR
* Familiar with Recruitment Systems
* Tech recruitment experience
