Your new role
You will be leading a Total Reward Project for the organisation, encompassing pay, reward and benefits. As the Reward expert for the organisation, you will build the business case for appropriate pay and grading frameworks that ensure fairness across the organisation, and enable them to attract and retain talent. Following approval, you will lead the project through to implementation, ensuring there are robust communication channels in place and employees are engaged with the new pay and benefits packages. Alongside this, you will undertake a range of pay benchmarking, both internally and externally.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced reward professional who has a strong track record in developing pay and reward strategies. You should have strong communications skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with approximately 2 days a week in their offices in Central Birmingham. This is an immediate requirement, with interviews happening as soon as suitable applicants are identified, please apply now if you are keen to be considered.
