Reward Analyst
6-month contract (£300 per day)
London hybrid/2-3 days in office

Your new role
You will be joining an Investment Management firm to join the international reward team. You will be running Reward operational tasks, and the managing the special payments on Workday and Excel. You will be processing pay review operations including line manager recommendations.
What you'll need to succeed
3-4 years of Reward experience especially in running annual pay review, gender parity report and salary benchmarking.
