Senior HR Adviser
Start Date: January 2025
The London Diocesan Board for Schools (LDBS) People and Culture Team would like to recruit a Senior HR Adviser to join a small, hardworking and friendly team.
The LDBS supports CofE schools across 18 boroughs through its traded service. The post requires travelling to schools across the Diocese.
We are looking for applicants with:
- Full membership of the CIPD;
- An interest in the Education sector;
- Experience of working effectively in a unionised environment;
- Excellent IT skills;
- Well-developed communication skills;
- A commitment to equity and diversity.
We can offer:
- A salary of £49,155.00 - £51,228.00 per annum;
- A generous non-contributory pension scheme;
- 33 days annual leave per annum;
- Term time only working will be considered;
- Annual season ticket loan.
