We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to join our HR team.

Reporting to the People & Engagement Director, you will deliver a hands-on, strategic HR service across the organisation. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, lead HR operations, and support the HR team in delivering consistent, high-quality support aligned with our values and growth ambitions.

 This is a permanent, full time, on-site, position. Salary: £50,000 per annum.  Some hyrbid working will be considred, post successful probation period.

 Is this you?

·       You have, or are working towards, CIPD Level 5

·       You have manager level HR experience

·       You have a strong knowledge of employment law, TUPE, and GDPR

·       You have experience advising on employee relations and contractual matters

·       You have integrity, good judgment and understand confidentiality

·       You have a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
