HR Business Partner - £55-60k FTE - part time/flexible hours - Gloucester
This is an excellent part time opportunity offering 25-30 hours per week with flexibility for shorter hours or fewer days to suit the individual.
The role:
As a senior HR professional you will be a contributing member of the site leadership team and have individual responsibility for all aspects of the employee life cycle in a generalist standalone position.
The company:
It is successful manufacturing business in central Gloucester which has benefitted from capital investment and which is part of a larger European group. There are c100 employees on site.
You:
You will ideally be CIPD qualified (or equivalent) and have held a number of HR roles gaining the relevant experience for this role.
Strong communication skills across all levels and a proactive approach are essential to your success.
