We are delighted to be working with a well known London organisation in their search for a part time HR Business Partner.This is a very high profile role supporting a prestigious London figure so we are looking for a credible HR professional with experience in this sort of environmentYou will be supporting a Corporate function of around 60 FTE Admin, Finance Comms and Events teams with priorities to include:- Change Management- General ER to support early intervention- Workforce Planning- Managing sicknessIt is absolutely essential that you have UK public sector experience with a strong understanding of working in political environments and the associated nuances within them.We're looking for a proactive, switched on and articulate HR specialist looking to play a pivotal role in such a fascinating team.This role is offered on a 2 year fixed term contract working 3 da ys a week paying £53,000
