  • Work with your Assistant Director to deliver organisational change, ensuring appropriate systems of performance and development, communications, Equality Impact Assessment, monitoring and review are in place.
  • Promote a strong commitment to Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), embedding these principles into every aspect of service delivery.
  • Ensure the Employee Relations Service aligns with Hounslow's digital strategy, driving digital transformation and innovation.
  • Participate in the Council’s emergency responses to emergency situations when required.
  • Work across the Hounslow Leadership Team for positive corporate outcomes.
