HR Advisor – Regional Role – Applicants must have Professional Services Experience.


A leading professional services organisation is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Advisor to join its People Experience team. This is a key role supporting a diverse employee population across multiple UK offices, offering strategic and operational HR guidance in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Location: Leeds (with occasional travel to Manchester and Scotland)
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: Full-time, hybrid working available

The Role
As HR Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for managers and staff across your client group, providing expert guidance on:

Employee Relations: Managing ER cases with confidence and fairness, ensuring best practice is followed.
Performance & Retention: Supporting initiatives to improve employee performance and engagement.
Coaching & Support: Advising line managers and senior stakeholders on HR matters, fostering a culture of trust and c ollaboration.
Project Delivery: Leading and contributing to firm-wide HR initiatives, working closely with the HR Lead and Talent Management Leads.
Data & Insights: Analysing and presenting people data to inform decision-making and improve outcomes.
Process Improvement: Collaborating with the Head of People Operations to enhance HR processes and outputs.
Team Collaboration: Supporting and mentoring the People Operations Administration team, ensuring alignment across the wider People Experience function.

About You
You’ll bring a blend of technical HR expertise and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and support stakeholders at all levels.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Proven HR experience within professional services or a partnership environment.
Strong knowledge of employee relations and performance management.
Excellent communication and coaching skills.
Analytical mindse t with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
Comfortable working across multiple locations and managing competing priorities.
Collaborative approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
