A leading Global firm has a fantastic opportunity for an Interim Global Head of HR Operations & Data to lead their HR Operations and HR Data teams across multiple regions. This is a pivotal role at the heart of a business on its transformation journey, where you'll drive operational success, streamline processes, and ensure seamless integration between HR and Finance systems.You will be responsible for leading and inspiring global HR Operations and HR Data teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability as well as owning and optimising post-implementation HR technology strategy, ensuring full utilisation and continuous improvement.
You will spearhead digitisation initiatives across HR processes, with a strong focus on payroll integration and cross-functional system alignment, as well as collaborate with Finance, IT, and other key stakeholders to ensure data integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency. You will drive change management and process redesign in a fast-evolving environment
CIPD qualified, you will have a proven background as an HR Operations Director or HR Shared Services Director gained in a commercial matrix firm. You will be able to demonstrate where you have led global HR Operations teams through transformation as well as knowledge of Workday, including post-implementation optimisation and configuration.
You will have a strong understanding of how HR systems feed into Finance and Payroll systems as well as exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
You will be able to demonstrate a strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and delivery.
It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and can commit to working in a hybrid manner from the central London office.
