Your new role
Leading the HR function with 3x direct reports, you will oversee all things Talent and HR Operations. You may be required to support in some areas in a slightly more hands-on way than others and will be willing and able to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in with employee relations cases, payroll, recruitment processes and any adhoc escalation that your team need.
You will also support your peers across SMT with their progress in the people strategy and will regularly present updates to SMT/Board-level stakeholders on people metrics and strategic progress.
What you'll need to succeed
Our client is looking for an established HR leader to take on this interim post. It's essential that you are CIPD Level 7 qualified and come with a wealth of varied HR experience as this role is joining a forever-changing landscape and therefore, our client will feel assured they are in safe hands with a HR leade r who has seen it all before and more importantly, knows how to react should they find they need to prepare for HR change or something unexpected in the new year.
