Continuous Improvement Lead (interim)

You will be part of a core team who are strengthening the organisation's approach to change management and continuous improvement. You will work closely with existing teams and partners to identify and embed best practice as well as improve consistency. In essence, you will be assisting the organisation to help itself by building sustainable improvement capabilities.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing frameworks and refining the organisation's methodology for continuous improvement.
- Collating a suite of pragmatic toolkits and best practice guidance that empower departments to improve performance
- Developing frameworks and model benefits realisation using proven methodologies.
- Promoting best practice improvement approaches to ensure clarity, consistency, and strong business engagement.
- Facilitating engagement events and workshops to collaborate with managers and teams to identify improvement opportunities.
- Supporting the team’s work to strengthen organisational resilience through clear KPIs, dashboards, and actionable insights.
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- An ability to deliver real impact by shaping continuous improvement practices based on practical experience of methodologies that achieve better outcomes.
- Proven experience in benefits realisation, continuous improvement, and change management is essential for this interim assignment.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills are required, e.g. events, workshops, and cross-departmental engagement.
- An ability to rebrand and relaunch initiatives with clear pathways for delivery and engagement.
- Hands-on, pragmatic approach – a “safe pair of hands” who knows what works.
Desirable
Experience in resilience and data development to support long-term organisational growth. Ideally, you have a track record of organisational-wide communication, including roadmaps, KPIs, and dashboards.
