Your new role
Talent Acquisition Partner, up to £43000 pa plus range benefits, North East Somerset, permanent. As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be part of the HR team and in this post you will be taking ownership of the recruitment function.
In this interesting and varied role, you will be working on a wide range of vacancies for all business functions across all regions. In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for liaising with all hiring managers, maximising the success of the hiring process and taking ownership of the subcontractor and recruitment agency process and relationships.
What you'll need to succeed
This post will suit an experienced Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition professional - ideally used to recruiting in the engineering/manufacturing/production (blue collar) sector.
Essential Experience:

* Proven Experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition:
Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
* Proficiency in ATS Management:
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems. Ability to optimise ATS for efficient candidate tracking and reporting.
* Strong Stakeholder Management Skills:
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
* Expertise in Direct Sourcing:
Skilled in using tools like LinkedIn to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
* Knowledge of IR35 Regulations:
Familiarity with IR35 and its implications on hiring practices, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
