Reporting into senior leadership, you’ll take ownership of HR systems and reward operations across UK and international markets. This includes managing HRIS platforms (SAP SuccessFactsors and Bamboo HR), ensuring data integrity and insightful reporting, and leading compensation, benefits, and payroll processes. You'll also oversee global mobility policies and support international assignments, driving efficiency and a seamless employee experience.


To succeed in this role, you’ll bring prior HR experience along with a strong focus on systems and analytics, combined with solid knowledge of compensation, benefits, payroll, and global mobility. Highly organised and proactive, you'll thrive in a fast-paced, change-driven environment and demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management skills.
