Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this is an opportunity to build the organisation's reward function from the ground up. You'll design and implement a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy, design the compensation framework, conduct benchmarking studies, and develop analytics dashboards to support decision-making. You'll shape performance management process and partner with the wider HR team to ensure compliance and seamless delivery of all reward processes.


You will have 8–10 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with strong reward design expertise and excellent stakeholder management skills, gained within a global insurance orga nisation or consulting environment. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential, along with experience using HR systems such as Workday.
