Your new company
My client is a dynamic and fast‑growing professional services organisation, recognised for its innovative approach and customer‑centric operations. This important Reward assignment is an opportunity to join a business that blends the agility of a modern disruptor with the stability of an established market player. The organisation is undergoing an exciting period of transformation, creating a prime opportunity for an interim professional to make a meaningful impact. You’ll be stepping into a culture that values collaboration and clear thinking, encourages practical problem‑solving, and supports leaders who can deliver change at pace.

Your new role
Reward Specialist, Interim, up to £573 per day, Hybrid, Bristol office, 3-month assignment, 3–5 days per week.
We’re looking for a Performance & Reward Lead to bring their expertise to the table and complete the wo rk which has been started on the new ways to manage, measure, and reward performance across the organisation. The role will report to the Head of HR and will focus on reviewing and launching the performance and reward process, e.g:

  • Performance management redesign: upgrading the current method to a more modern, consistent approach that strengthens accountability and links directly to customer outcomes and business profitability.
  • Bonus framework overhaul: Resolve legacy discrepancies and introduce a new, fairer, and transparent model focused on individual performance rather than general awards.
  • Develop clear, differentiated reward structures that reflect responsibility, contribution, and impact.
  • Pay‑rise design and planning: Shape future pay‑rise mechanisms and ensure alignment with the April cycle.
  • Communication strategy: Deliver clear, confident messaging so the new approach lands well across the business.
  • Performance‑linked bonus plan: Ensure the bonus scheme is tightly connected to the performance management process and drives the right behaviours.
