Strategic HR Business Partner(Hybrid – 2 days in office)
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Strategic HR Business Partner to join a dynamic commercial business operating within a complex matrix structure. This is a pivotal role where you’ll partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver the people strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving organisational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions across multiple business units.
- Lead on organisational design, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives.
- Drive cultural change and embed best-in-class HR practices within a matrix environment.
- Partner with Centres of Excellence (Reward, L&D, Talent) to deliver integrated HR solutions.
- Analyse workforce data to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
- Support leadership development and succession planning to build future capability.
What you will need to succeed
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a commercial, fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of matrix structures and ability to navigate complexity.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior level.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on capability to deliver operational excellence.
