Your new role
As Head of Leadership Development, you will lead the design and delivery of a world-class leadership development strategy that equips individuals, teams, and leaders to thrive. You will shape the leadership mindsets, behaviours, and capabilities required to drive business performance, cultural growth, and digital transformation.In this influential role, you will be responsible for developing a framework for leadership expectations, developing priority leadership development interventions and mapping core leadership programs as well as reviewing the coaching provision.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have a proven background of specialising within leadership development gained within a complex matrix firm. You will be able to dem onstrate success in designing and delivering scalable leadership propositions and solutions to drive business strategy with impact as well as your experience with leveraging innovative practices, including in design and delivery of leadership offerings and interventions, with use of AI and digital tools where appropriate. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and can commit to an initial 3 month duration working 2-3 days per week from the London office.
