I am urgently seeking Interim HR Change Advisers for my Higher Education sector client based in the City of London for a period of 6 months. This is a full time role paying £43,482 to £44,746 per year and is office based 3 days per week, with 2 days per week remote.
The ideal candidate will have experience from within unionised environments as follows: -
- Leading or supporting on restructure
- Leading or supporting in consultation meetings and being able to provide advice to employees related to change
- Managing ER casework related to Change / Restructure
- Experience of liaison with Trade Unions
- Knowledge of Employment Law and best practices in employee relations, particularly in the context of restructures, mergers, redundancies and settlement agreements
- Understanding good practice job design and job evaluation (Korn Ferry would be an advantage)
- Working in a fast-paced environment
- Having excellent attention to detail
Experience in the Higher Education sector in a similar role would be an advantage.
