- Provide day‑to‑day HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
- Support end‑to‑end recruitment, from drafting job descriptions to interviews.
- Deliver smooth and engaging onboarding for new starters.
- Manage employee relations matters, including absence, conflict, grievances, and disciplinaries.
- Drive HR initiatives to boost employee experience and engagement.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Deliver training sessions to enhance HR knowledge across the site.
- Partner with the wider HR team to support continuous improvement and strategic HR projects.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor within Distribution, Logistics, Manufacturing or a similar industry.
- Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and discretion with confidential information.
- Someone confident working independently, who brings ideas and enjoys improving processes.
