A Financial Services client seeking anexceptionally strong HR Operations professional for a 12‑monthFTC, with potential to extend or go permanent.
This role needs someone who is technicallyexcellent, detail‑driven and confident managing both BAU Ops andcontinuous process improvement.
The Role:
-Deliver high‑quality HR Operations support across the employeelifecycle- Own and improve HRprocesses, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Work confidentlyacross Workday and wider HR tools
- Manage tickets andworkflow through ServiceNow, Jira or similar systems
- Use Excel andPower Automate to streamline reporting and automation
- Maintain ameticulous approach to data, documentation and compliance
You’ll bring:
-Strong HR Operations experience in a fast‑paced environment
- Technicalconfidence with Workday (essential)
- Experience withExcel, Power Automate and ticketing systems
-Excellent attention to detail and a self-improvements mindset
- Ability to manageBAU while driving operational enhancements
