Migrant Help is a leading UK charity, established in 1963, supporting migrants, refugees and victims of modern slavery to rebuild their lives with dignity and respect.

We are recruiting a Head of Talent & Culture to play a key role in delivering our newly agreed five‑year strategy. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you will lead strategic workforce, talent and succession planning, overseeing the full employee lifecycle and driving organisational development.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver strategic workforce, talent and succession planning
  • Own and oversee the end‑to‑end employee lifecycle
  • Develop and embed talent management frameworks, career pathways and development interventions
  • Drive organisational development aligned to Migrant Help's five‑year strategy
  • Lead accreditation activity including Investors in People, Investors in Wellbeing and Great Place to Work
  • Partner with senior leaders to build capability and strengthen leadership culture
  • Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing Talent & Culture team
  • Champion equality, diversity, inclusion and employee wellbeing
This is an ideal role for a collaborative and proactive HR professional with strong experience in talent and organisational development. A CIPD qualification (or equivalent) is highly desirable.

This role can be remote working with very occasional travel to one of our nationwide offices. Travel to Dover once a quarter will be required. CIPD qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
