We’re looking for an approachable and proactive HR Advisor to join our Human Resources team. You’ll be working closely with managers across the organisation, helping them navigate everything from employee relations to resourcing, while making sure our HR practices are fair, consistent and supportive.
This is a great opportunity if you enjoy variety, building relationships, and making a real difference to people’s day-to-day work experience. You’ll be part of a small, friendly HR team where collaboration is key and no two days are quite the same.
What you'll be doing:
We’re looking for someone who is confident, people-focused and enjoys solving problems. You’ll need to be comfortable balancing different priorities and building strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
You'll have:
- The CIPD Level 5 Qualification (or working towards it)
- Experience in an HR Advisor (or similar) role
- Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Experience handling a range of employee relations cases
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- A calm, solutions-focused approach, even in challenging situations
- Great organisational skills and attention to detail
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for creating a positive workplace
