This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional who thrives on managing complex people matters, building trusted relationships, and coaching managers to achieve fair and consistent outcomes.

The Role
With a strong emphasis on Employee Relations, you will take ownership of a varied case portfolio, supporting managers through the full lifecycle of ER matters. These will include disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence management, probation and workplace investigations.

Acting as a trusted advisor, you will provide clear, pragmatic guidance that balances organisational needs with employee wellbeing, ensuring compliance with employment legis lation and best practice at all times.
You will also:

  • Lead and support employee meetings, including welfare discussions and complex case reviews
  • Coach managers to build capability and confidence in handling people issues

  • Ensure all documentation and case management is accurate, consistent, and compliant

About You
You will bring strong experience in Employee Relations, with the ability to confidently manage cases from start to finish. Just as important is your approach:

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility at all levels
  • A natural relationship builder who can quickly establish trust
  • A proactive problem solver, able to assess situations, identify risks, and recommend clear, workable solutions
  • Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of professional integrity

You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities while maintaining a consistently high standard of service.

This role offers the opportunity to take genuine ownership of ER activity within a supportive and collaborative People & Culture team. You'll play a visible and valued role in shaping a positive employee experience, while developing your expertise in a broad and impactful HR advisory position.

If you're looking for a role where you can make a real difference through your ER expertise and people skills, this is an excellent next step.

Please note: this role offers hybrid working arrangements requiring 2-3 days in the Central London office
