I am supporting an amazing client who is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team on an immediate 6-month contract. This role will focus on supporting and evolving their contingent workforce strategy, working closely with stakeholders to manage contractor populations and shape future hiring approaches.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys project-based work, data-driven decision-making, and influencing recruitment strategy.

Your new role

  • Manage and support a contingent workforce of circa 10–20 / 30–50 contractors across the business
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to assess current hiring position and future workforce direction
  • Present insights on current talent acquisition performance, challenges, and opportunities
  • Identify and recommend improvements to systems, processes, and attraction strategies
  • Contribute to or lead TA transformation or improvement projects, including system enhancements and market approaches
  • Analyse recruitment data to provide actionable insights and reporting
  • Evaluate current recruitment tools and support potential system updates or new solutions
  • Explore and implement innovative attraction methods to improve talent pipelines

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner / Specialist within a complex environment
  • Strong background managing or supporting contingent / contract workforce models
  • Experience handling contractor populations of 10–50+ workers
  • Demonstrated ability to present data and insights to stakeholders clearly and confidently
  • Experience working on recruitment projects or transformation initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and drive decisions
  • Knowledge of recruitment systems and attraction strategies, with exposure to system optimisation or implementation
  • Proactive, consultative approach with excellent stakeholder management skills
