Are you an experienced HR Business Partner who brings both expertise and energy to the table? We’re looking for a commercially astute, highly engaging HR Business Partner (UK & Europe) someone who combines strong HR credibility with a naturally positive, dynamic and relationship‑led style.
This is a high‑impact role partnering with senior leaders across the UK and Europe, balancing strategic thinking with first‑class HR execution in a fast‑paced, global environment.

What you’ll be doing
Business HR Partnering
- Partner with UK leadership and EU teams to translate business priorities into people outcomes.
- Act as the first point of contact for all HR matters, building trust quickly through a confident and personable approach.
- Provide balanced, pragmatic HR guidance that supports delivery and drives performance.
Performance Management & Talent
- Lead the performance cycle end‑to‑end: goal‑setting, coaching, calibration and outcomes.
- Support managers through capability conversations and development planning.
- Contribute to succession planning, workforce planning and broader talent processes.
Employee Relations
- Manage complex ER matters across the UK and EU, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, restructures and exits.
- Ensure consistency, fairness and compliance at all times.
- Build leader capability through confident coaching and clear communication.
Compliance – UK & EU
- Safeguard compliance across UK employment law and relevant EU labour regulations.
- Maintain and update policies, handbooks and processes.
- Support GDPR, audits and regulatory reviews.
Payroll & Reward Oversight
- Act as the UK HR owner for payroll, ensuring accuracy and strong vendor relationships.
- Oversee EU payroll coordination through local providers.
- Support benefits, statutory payments and change processes.
HR Operations & People Analytics
- Maintain accurate HR data and drive meaningful reporting on headcount, attrition, performance and workforce trends.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and people insights for leadership.
Global & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work with global COEs in TA, Reward, L&D and HR Operations.
- Support global and regional projects.
- Act as a cultural ambassador, championing values and leadership behaviours across regions.
What we’re looking for
CIPD Level 5/7 (or equivalent).Broad HR Business Partnering experience across UK and European jurisdictions.Strong employment law knowledge (UK essential; EU exposure required).Demonstrable experience across performance management, ER and payroll oversight.Advanced Excel and people‑data capability.Someone who brings warmth, presence and professional positivity, able to engage, influence and connect with stakeholders at every level in a polished, credible way.High levels of judgement, discretion and integrity.
